Where does Cirkul ship?

Orders ship only within the United States, and standard shipping is free on every US order.

How long will my order take?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit then usually takes 4–6 business days.

Do orders include tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is provided after the carrier receives the shipment.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days after delivery. Cirkul pays return shipping and supplies a prepaid label or an equivalent free-return arrangement.

How quickly is a refund posted?

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method and generally appears within 5–10 business days after processing.

What payment methods are available?

Checkout is in USD and may accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover, subject to authorization and the options displayed at checkout.

Can I cancel an order?

An order can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
