These Terms govern use of the Cirkul storefront and purchases of its current hydration catalog, including bottles, flavor cartridges, starter kits, drinkware, and related accessories.

Using the Store

You agree to use the site lawfully, provide accurate checkout information, protect account credentials, and avoid interfering with the storefront, its security, or another customer’s use.

Products and Orders

We work to present accurate titles, images, prices, specifications, ingredients or materials where applicable, care directions, and safety notices. The applicable product page is the source for product-specific details. An order is accepted only after confirmation, and we may correct an obvious error or decline an order when reasonably necessary.

Payment, Taxes, and Delivery

Orders are charged in USD using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Taxes are collected as required by applicable law. Delivery is limited to the United States and follows the Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You may cancel before shipment. After shipment, the 30-day return and exchange process, free return arrangement, and refund timing are governed by the Refund Policy.

Store Content and Responsibility

Storefront text, designs, photographs, logos, and other protected content belong to their respective owners and may not be used commercially without permission. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
