Refund Policy

Cirkul offers a clear 30-day return and exchange option for the bottles, flavor cartridges, starter kits, drinkware, and related hydration products sold through this US storefront.

30-Day Return or Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered. Please include the order number and return the product with its included components. Product-specific hygiene and safety information shown on the product page continues to apply.

Free Return Shipping

Cirkul pays the return shipping cost for both no-reason returns and returns involving a quality issue. We will send a prepaid return label or arrange an equivalent no-cost return method before the package is sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, clearance products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless applicable law requires otherwise. This restriction does not reduce rights that apply to a verified quality issue.

Refund Method and Timing

After an approved return is received and processed, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on the card issuer or payment provider.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Eligible exchanges follow the same 30-day request window. An order may be canceled before shipment; after shipment, it is handled under this Refund Policy.
